Description: QCAP is a private, nonprofit organization that provides a variety of services to low and moderate-income people to help them improve the quality of their lives and achieve self-sufficiency. Established in 1965 as one of Massachusetts' 25 Community Action Agencies (CAAs), QCAP has evolved over the years to address the needs of residents in Quincy, Weymouth, Braintree, Milton, Hull and surrounding South Shore and Norfolk County Communities.
